ReEvolution

Natural selection is about the survival of the fittest, but it is not perfect. How can we fix it?

VISUAL
CONCEPT

Each chapter of the series opens with "The Lab for Building the Perfect Human”. Currently, this lab is still virtual. Yet, the scientists are very real. They refer to a large human hologram, the model of present-day human. The hologram is presented to them by the scientist that is leading the series. He is “carrying” the hologram in his “hologram-case” and he “displays” it in front of the interviewees. The content and analogies that the interviewees are using, materialize in real time, in the hologram that is right there, in the location of the interview.

The scientists point to the flaws, the failures of evolution regarding the human body, and the methods to correct  them.

The style of what is displayed within the hologram can vary from hi-tech, space and medical style to children’s cartoons or abstract style imaging. Through the use of the hologram the whole wide spectrum of visualizations is available in accordance with the interviewee/scientist subject matter

This is the starting point for the journey toward re-engineering a genetic, mechanical, digital or medical solution, one that exists or has a present-day feasibility.

Our body is wondrous, and the wonders that occur within it call for complex and elaborate visuals, realistic or computerized.

We are not used to be aware to the powerful, physical, sometimes violent, challenges our body faces: the electrical signals that drive us, the battles that materialize in the immune system, the muscles that are activated, the blood propulsion, the sound-waves fluctuations, even hair growth.

A closer view reveals the motion, the change, the chaos, the destruction and the regeneration. They are expressed in sophisticated animation, an insertion of art into the world of science, employing high-end state-of-the-art CGI.

We adopt a first-person point-of-view (POV). Hence the viewer actually joins the “wandering scientist” in the discoveries, thoughts, impressions, judgments and conclusions - from his POV rather than view it from an objective POV

First Person POV

The animation, is produced in an action-film mode that includes disasters and superheroes, brilliant triumphs and magnificent failures, revealing the dramatic, comic and exciting side of science.

Integrating all of these elements promises a fascinating series, for the eyes and the head, on a subject that has not yet been seen or done: the mistakes of evolution and the way we, humans, correct them.

All of the above will lead to a moving TV show that excites the senses and still brings high-quality science to the viewer.
